AlcoNCP (Pty) Ltd manufactures fermentation-based neutral ethanol and distillers dried grains with solubles (DDGS) from maize. The company supplies various grades of potable and industrial ethanol, including extra neutral and anhydrous products, to beverage, food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and industrial customers in South Africa and internationally. It also produces Protimaize DDGS, a protein-rich animal feed ingredient for the livestock sector. AlcoNCP operates a large-scale maize ethanol plant and captures biogenic CO2 for food and industrial applications. It is a subsidiary of Alcogroup and distributes output through Alcotra Africa.
