Louis Dreyfus is opening a grain export terminal at the Russian Black Sea port of Azov, near the mouth of the Don River. The facility will have 50,000 tonnes of silo capacity and serve vessels up to 5,000 tonnes, and it is the company's second Russian terminal announcement in recent months.
