Eric Snodgrass of Nutrien Ag Solutions said dryness in eastern Brazilian safrinha regions, about 20 to 25% of safrinha acres, could persist through April and May. He noted safrinha makes up about 75% of Brazil's corn production and an early end to the monsoon could hurt the crop.
